Devina Srivastava

Gender, Human Rights, Digital Rights and Inclusion Specialist

Devina is passionate about reducing the systemic exclusion amongst women, children and other vulnerable groups, especially around digital rights, financial inclusion and economic opportunity. She is a development practitioner with experience using data, human-centered design and technology to design inclusive programmes that enable all populations, especially those marginalised, access to human rights. She brings extensive diverse using rights-based approaches in results-based management, programme design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation and research. She has worked with non-profit organisations, philanthropic foundations and research institutes across South Asia, South-East Asia, East Africa, the Middle East and North America. Devina earned a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice from Columbia University, where she specialised in technology, gender and human rights. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights Law from the National Law School of India, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath.
