Shana Judge, Postdoctoral Research Associate in Public Policy, Brown University, presents "Legal, Social, and Policy Implications of Prostitution Crime in North Carolina and Beyond."

Judge's research agenda focuses on relationships between public policy
and women's health and well-being.  Her current grant-funded research
includes projects examining links between prostitution, sex
trafficking, and related social and economic problems. Judge
has also worked as an attorney in the public and nonprofit sectors, as
an instructor of legal studies, public policy, and government, and as
a reporter covering the federal government in Washington, D.C.
