In this conversation, Mayor Smiley will discuss his new term in office, his goals for Providence, and the symbiotic relationship between Brown University and the city it calls home. Don't miss this unique opportunity to hear directly from the Mayor about his vision for the future of Providence and the role Brown can play in creating a better city.
The Mayor will share insights on plans to tackle the pressing issues facing Providence, from affordable housing and public safety to the education system and economic development.
The conversation will also specifically explore the unique partnership between the University and the city of Providence.
