Professor Wendy Schiller co-authors 17th Amendment article for Brookings Institution

Associate Professor of Political Science and Public Policy Wendy Schiller has co-authored (with Charles Stewart III) a paper recently published by the Brookings Institution: The 100th Anniversary of the 17th Amendment (Direct Election of Senators): A Promise Unfulfilled?

The paper was published on the 100th annivesary of the adoption of the 17th Amendment as part of the Brookings Institute's Issues in Governance Studies series.
