Join us for this special screening of El Aula Vacía. Under the creative direction of Gael Garcia Bernal, ten award-winning directors tell the story of the high school dropout crisis in Latin America in an anthology of narrative and documentary film as beautifully diverse and complex as the region. Travel to seven different countries and explore the underlying reasons why nearly one out of every two students never makes it to graduation day.
This screening is part of the Latin American & Iberian Film Series, sponsored by the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, Department of Hispanic Studies, Department of History, and the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity.
