In this talk Adams will discuss the challenges to constitutional law presented in 2019 with the inauguration of President Bolsonaro’s government and consider the roles to be played by Congress and the Supreme Court. In this sense, Adams will also touch upon the crisis of the Car Wash Operation (Lava Jato) and current perspectives for anticorruption practices.
Luís Inácio Adams served as Brazil’s Attorney General from 2009 to 2016. Now in the private sector, Adams is a leading figure in the fields of constitutional law and anticorruption practices
