Join us to welcome Nirupama Rao, former Indian Ambassador to the United States as the Meera and Vikram Gandhi Fellow at the Brown-India Initiative in 2014. Richard Locke, Watson Institute Director will engage Ambassador Rao in a conversation on "India, China, the US and World Politics." A reception in honor of the Ambassador will follow.
