Professor Ashutosh Varshney will be a guest of the Harvard South Asia Institute this week for a Social Enterprise Seminar on "The Emerging Political Situation in India." The panel also features Sunil Khilnani, director of the King's College London India Institute, and will be chaired by Tarun Khanna, the director of the South Asia Institute at Harvard. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, Feburary 19 at 5:00 p.m. at the Center for Government and International Studies. The Harvard Coop will be on site selling copies of Professor Varshney's new book,Battles Half Won: India's Improbable Democracy.
