Basundhara Mukherjee Awarded Inaugural CCSA Thesis Prize & Samuel C. Lamport Prize in International Understanding

The Center for Contemporary South Asia is pleased to announce Basundhara Mukherjee '18 as the recipient of the inaugural CCSA Thesis Prize in South Asian Studies. This award is given in recognition of her outstanding honors thesis, "The Tremors of Hindutva: The Politics of Hindu Nationalism in Post-Earthquake Kachchh, Gujarat." Basundhara was also awarded the Samuel C. Lamport Prize in International Understanding. Well done, Basundhara!
