Prerna Singh on the Nature of Nationalism in India

On June 9th, Prerna Singh, Mahatma Gandhi Associate Professor of Political Science and International and Public Affairs spoke on a panel organized by the Carnegie Council for Ethichs in International Affairs titled, "Illiberal Democracy on the Rise: Examinging Brazil, Hungary, & India."  Other paneliests included Oscar Vilhena Vieira is professor of the Vargas School of Law in São Paulo and Gábor Halmai is professor of law at European University Institute in Italy.
