Danielle's work focuses on climate change adaptation planning, and how and why entrenched organizations, development project models, and "expert" actors come to define vulnerability and identify solutions. She looks at adaptation work in Bangladesh as a sort of case study, and will be situating what is happening there in decision-making and planning happening at the international level, including the UN climate negotiations and the distribution of climate aid from the Green Climate Fund and the Adaptation Fund to countries all over the world.
