Kudrat Wadhwa '19

An anthropological and ethnographic look at how the economy of Kashmir has been affected by militarisation. Kudrat seeks to learn about the ways in which the decline of tourism has effected people's livelihoods. Specifically, Kudrat is interested in looking at the 'life cycle of a product', and seeing how products like cashews and saffron are produced and exploited and who profits from it.
