CCSA Fellow Arvind Subramanian was appointed to join the Tamil Nadu Economic Advisory Council, along with Nobel Laurate Ester Duflo from MIT, CCSA's OP JIndal Lecturer and former Reserve Bank Governor Raghuram Rajan, development economist Jean Dreze and Former Union Finance Secretary S.
